Extremely rude and unprofessional unethical staff, I have been waiting from 2:30 PM all the way to 6:10 PM inline but as soon Arab people will show he will take them inside, he will ask the clients for favors related to their industry. Atif is one of the rudest and unethical person I have ever met in my business life. Please do not waste your time if you are non Arab.

Others just walked in and waited a few minutes and got appointed. While those that have waited hours are not respected and don’t get the same fast service as those that received the favoritism. While I was waiting those around me also got impatient and antsy. This problem with poor and slow service seems to be a reoccurring problem with this place and the problem have yet to be resolved. I am hoping that this review makes some sort of impact, though I do not expect much change because they don’t even react and adapt to criticism that they receive in person! It’s upsetting how they just ignore their impact on their clientele’s time. Very upsetting and I hope for change so you don’t waist the time of other people in the same situation I was in.
