The best tax experience ever! I thought that I would have a long wait. The tax representative took care of me within 5 minutes of entering the office. Then I was totally finished in about 20 minutes! I will be back next year!

Painful experience. Had to amend 2022 due to mistake. Agent reply days after reaching out by email and voicemail. And still not done after 2 weeks trying to get that amendment through.
