Did my taxes with Mr. John in the past and he was awesome, def miss his presence! I had my taxes done today with Liliana, she was very kind and pleasant. She gave good advice. The receptionist/secretary lady was polite & caring each time. Another tax preparer helped me to make copies while Liliana was away and she used the term "we" which I thought was nice because it shows they're team players. I was just disappointed about the price being different from the previous several years considering this year was not as fast but I guess it is what it is! Overall I'm satisfied..4.5 ~thank you!!
