i WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 0 STAR IF GOOGLE ALLOWED. I can honestly say this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in dealing with any business. I hired Mr. Kearney for my small business back in April. He requested some bank statements and tax returns which I dropped off. After several weeks, I emailed him to check on the status, but he did not respond. So I called and left a message. I emailed him again and this time he did write back and apologized that he had been in training and would get right on it especially since he knew I wanted to move forward quickly. Several more weeks passed, so I emailed him again to check on status. I received nothing in return. I called and left several messages and more emails, without one response from him. So I contacted his secretary Zulay and told her I had had enough and that I just wanted to come by and pick up my documents. I told her I would be there in 20 minutes. So 40 minutes later I called to tell her I was 5 minutes away when she informed me that she could not find the documents and that James was in the restroom. She said she would check with him and get back to me. I did not hear back from her the rest of the day. I called the next day and she informed that she could still not locate the documents and that James has not gotten back to her as to where they might be. She said he has been out of town and working remotely even though the day before she said he was there. She did not call back again to let me know the status. The following day, I called her again and emailed her to see if I could come in and locate for myself, and again no response. I called and spoke with Sheena (who answered the phone) who told me that Zulay had already left for the day. I asked her if I could come by to look for my documents, she said sure. She called me within 5 minutes and told me she found them. I asked where they were since Zulay couldn’t find them in 3 days and she found them in 5 minutes. She said they were in his Post Tax box. This entire timeframe took 3 mos. without anything getting done and a complete nuisance and waste of time on my end. Not one phone call from James, not one apology from anyone...nothing!! absolute worst!!!!!!!!
