I am shocked by all these negative reviews. I’ve been seeing Ha Nguyen for my taxes for over 10 years and she has been nothing but kind, patient, pleasant, and professional to me and my family. We live in such a sensitive world today.

A miserable, arrogant human being who has been consistently rude to my family and evidently many others. I forgot one of my forms and Ha accused me of "shopping around" for other CPAs before crawling back to her. I wish I could give her 0 stars. If you enjoy discourteous service and being berated by a bitter spiteful crone, feel free to go to her. Otherwise, steer clear of her office. I hope you have the day you deserve.

This lady berated me for claiming my age wrong! I accidentally said 23 instead of 24 and forgot it since I just had my birthday a few months ago, so I wasn’t used to saying I was 24. She immediately accused me of being greedy and trying to fraud my way into tax benefits! Not only that, I started college at a later age than peers than the traditional time, and this lady attacked me, not even starting off with a casual talk, saying kids had better graduate from school at 22 – 23 at the latest and doubting me for trying to get benefits and filing as a dependent. If I thoroughly knew the tax laws and know what I am doing, I wouldn't come to her with the willingness to pay for the service fee and ask for advice. Her talk was toxicated and totally verbally abusive. Plus, she clearly stated she did not need new clients and continued working just for fun. My mom had a phone call a day ahead and she said the highest would be 160, after looking at my mom's files she raised to 200. We came at 10:45 and signed up for the waitlist, then the assistant tried to convince us to come back before 5 because it took more time to start application for new client. They could have mentioned that during the call. This is just only a SMALL part of what we encountered at her office.

There are two tax preparers at this location and I went to a woman and man, that lady is a joke. I went to her and she totally judged my family based off our taxes. She was disappointed that my daughter took gap years from college and why she still didn't graduate. Also, she asked why I'm earning a certain amount but still have debt. How dare you? A professional tax preparer would never ask me why my income looks indifferent or get into my personal life. I was disgusted. I found a better and more reputable tax preparer that didn't ask me any personal questions. She was VERY unprofessional and I will NEVER recommend this woman or this practice to anyone EVER.
