The master tax advisor was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and pleasant. Her explanations of the details of the tax return were the best I have seen in the time I have been filing taxes. Experts such as she with people skills are an exceptional asset to your company. We can't say enough good things about this experience.

I filed my 2020 taxes with UMA earlier this year. She was very patient, kind, and informative. She was very thorough into maximizing my return and teaching me other helpful tax information. I really left this office more knowledgeable then I came in. Even when the office was temporarily closed Uma was quick to respond to emails in a timely manner. I will be using this office to file for future tax returns for the remainder of my time here in the DMV.

I appreciate that H&R Block works really hard to get me the best refund. I have used three reps in 20 years and they all are super dedicated to getting me the best refund. They also educate me on changes and I like that.
