I called to make an appointment with a tax specialist and the phone was answered by a Windy. I spent over 35 minutes spelling my name 5 times my last name my phone number the date I wanted to meet a tax specialist and she could not understand anything. Can you please hire someone who can converse. After all my effort to stay calm and patience she said she will have someone calling me and she hung up on me. Seriously what’s this unprofessionalism???

The quality of service has definitely declined quite a bit over the years I've been dealing with H&R block. To schedule for an appointment has gotten hard and work hours has changed, which makes scheduling difficult. I hope they'll hire more agents 🤔

I’ve been with HRB for ten years, the last several with one preparer I adored, who recently died. I wanted to stay with Block and found my way to this office. My experience with the preparer I selected was one of bad communication, inconvenience and arrogance. I would not recommend.
