D1 StarWe ended up doing most of the work then get charged over 2k for a relatively straightforward 1040 tax return. People make mistakes so we let it slide for a couple years but it’s only gotten worse since they’ve become Prager. We ended up having to file for an extension because THEY were not ready with our return. As the filing deadline got close, they didn’t respond to or requests for status. We have since left for better, cheaper accountants that don’t hire rookies to screw up simple returns. Bye.Friday 26th January 2024
