Erin came recommended to us from our lender and I’m so glad we listened. From start to finish of our home search, Erin was the absolute best. Her knowledge of the market and her dedication to our search made the process so much less stressful. We were looking in a very competitive area and I was also living 2 hours away at the time but Erin was always able to get us into the houses we wanted to see, sometimes with only a few hours notice by me lol. When we finally found our dream home, she went above and beyond to secure it for us. She was constantly in contact with the selling realtor for us and consistently provided us with updates when little hiccups happened along the way. I fully believe we were hooked up with the best realtor in the area and would recommend her to anyone- she’s highly knowledgeable of the market, an amazing negotiator, attentive, extremely reliable, and we genuinely enjoyed working with her. Erin was the right agent for our the 2nd home we purchased in December 2019. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. Erin really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first contact even giving us ideas on how to better envision and decorate our new home.
