Had to use this title company for the purchase of a business. The initial interactions were very positive and the communication was clear. The representative provided an estimate that was well documented and straightforward. I approved the work via email and did not hear back from the representative for over 3 1/2 months. When I heard back from her, it was an invoice that was almost DOUBLE the initial estimate. There was no explanation for the large difference between the initial estimate and the invoice. I contacted the representative and despite my multiple efforts, she was very rude and unprofessional and never provided a clear reason for the difference. I just paid the invoice because I didn’t want to go through the process again. My suggestion is to not use this company. There are better alternatives in the area.

Located in Annandale, it is easy to find and has good parking spaces. The office made a very clean impression, and most of all, I think Ms.Youngjoo is good at handling contracts and managing customers. Once you make a deal, you won't be able to think of another title company.

I recently had my home refinanced, with the help of a local loan officer named Andrew. I met Ms. Jo Young-Joo for the first time for settlement. When my wife noticed a mis-spelling of her name, she quickly made corrections. I could tell from my observation that Ms. Jo was very experienced in settlement matters. She was very quick and to the point.
