I typically dont leave any bad reviews, but working on my taxes last year has been a nightmare. I dont anyone else to be a victim of this incompetent service either. I had skightly complex tax situation and life events and I had to go multiple rounds to get the right taxes figured. After 6 months I get a notice that I owe taxes. Fast forward 2021, I showed my last year filing to my current tax guy and he pointed out so many things which werent considered and I ended up paying more taxes than normal. Highly dissatisfied with his service. Now I have to refile my 2019 taxes.

I've done my taxes here for the past two years and I was always satisfied but today I was completely shocked and annoyed. I drove all the way to sterling to do my taxes here and mind you I work from 9-6 every day far from sterling. On the site they mention they are open till 8. I arrived a little past 630 and they had a sign on the door they weren't accepting clients for the day. So I called to just confirm and see maybe just maybe they would make me an exception; but first time I called I was hung up on. Second time, I sensed rude attitude so I said the reason why I am here is because it says you are open until 8 but his response "we are tired". I get that tax busy season is hectic but be professional with your attitude and operating hours.

Qazi Islam while initially a humble individual when I first started getting my taxes done here ;now has too many customers to provide basic customer care. Everything feels rushed he doesn’t seem to explain well what the services you’re paying for will cover and will get rude with you Incase you need assistance after the initial task is done. I wouldn’t recommend because of a bad experience and customer service at this place , which has declined and is not what it used to be back in the day. Steer clear of this company they will not help you in the case something goes wrong, they will simply say “it’s not their responsibility” “find another tax company” and charge you more for any amendments even if it was their fault. I think they need to seriously evaluate their business practices and restore the same practices that made people like myself returning customers in the past. They will loose business because of this.

This is not a Tax company... Worst service ever, please find some place else for your taxes. Incompetent, dumb and rude!!!! I should have known better, price was too good to be true.... Worst of the worse

They made a mistake on my tax returns which resulted in me paying around $8000 to IRS after the fact. That included around $800 in penalties. When contacted them about this, they said there's nothing they can do. In reply to the owner's comment: This did happen on my 2017 taxes, went back sometime in late 2018 asking for a refund of the penalties and was told there's nothing they can do.
