I have used Club Capital for 4+ years and it was one of the best decisions I made. The quality & their service is outstanding. I had my Quarterly review with Brian today and he helps me with where I am today compared to last year, how I'm compared to my peers of same length and ideas on the future. They are so much more than my taxes and payroll! If you aren't happy with "your guy" give them a call and let them show you why they SHOULD be your guy!

I switched to Club Capital from a local CPA as I felt like I wanted someone who understood my business better which would make it easier to take advantage of all my available tax savings. The entire process has been great including my tax advice (Kelly/Paul/Mariana), my account manager (Brian), and even my onboarding experience (Jenn/Veronica). This year they even really helped me when I needed a rush put on my tax prep which was an absolute life saver! I highly recommend them to all my friends in the industry!

Have had great experiences. Nothing when it comes to bookkeeping and taxes is simple and they have always been really receptive and attentive to my questions. Brian, my account manager has been very attentive and kind. Kelly was great when working me through my taxes. She took her time with me, even though I know all tax accountants during that time were over saturated. Thank you both!!

Very disappointed in the service and the cost. I paid an exorbitant amount of money to be onboarded with Club Capital on the promise of quick, easy and well organized reports and financial expertise. Well - this is the first year in my 12 years in business to file for an extension on my taxes because my Club Capital reports were not ready. The communication was terrible. The excuses were rampant and in the end I cancelled the service. Which I still have not received a cancellation confirmation, any potential refund or even an email or phone call regarding my request to cancel. Don't spend your hard earned money here...there are better options.

I regret to say that my experience with Club Capital has been disappointing once again this year. While the staff are friendly and pleasant to work with, the service provided simply does not justify the steep price tag attached to it. Last year, I encountered issues with their service, but I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this year has been no different. Initially, they failed to include a significant tax credit in the draft they sent me. After bringing this to their attention, they made the correction. However, my dissatisfaction grew when I discovered that they had also overlooked another important local state tax credit. As we approach April 15, the deadline for tax filings, I am still waiting for a revised copy of my taxes with the corrected information. As someone who is not well-versed in tax matters, I can't help but feel concerned about what else may have been missed or incorrectly handled in my tax return. Overall, while the individuals at Club Capital may be pleasant to interact with, the recurring errors and delays in their service have left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the quality of their work. I expected much more for the price I paid and regret entrusting them with my taxes once again.
