Nasar Rehman1 StarI reached out to Joan about two month's before Tax Day. I uploaded my information to her portal approximately one month before tax day. About ten days before Tax Day, I reached out to Joan regarding the completion of the taxes, and kept receiving a response from her Secretary that she had forwarded my concerns to Joan. Every few days, I kept writing to Joan and got the same response. In the end, I had to go with TurboTax to avoid filing my taxes late.
