We were a loyal client of BKE bookkeeping for several years. We paid them $500.00 monthly to keep our General Ledger, P & L’s and Income Statements. Now we have sold our business and they refuse to give us copies of our records. We are in the middle of an audit and they won’t even return dozens of calls or emails requesting records. Current sales staff with their company, Abby Hough and Kerry Furr promised to have an operations person with the company reach out to me but no one has made contact! DO NOT do business with this company! They do not deserve your business! We are forced now to take additional actions through legal methods! We stopped using them in March of 2001.

STAY AWAY. I was required to use this company as part of my franchise agreement and all they did was let the QBO algorithm match deposits and then they’d send the rest to me to do manually. If you know QBO, this is the laziest way to do bookkeeping and frequently causes errors. I would have let this go, except when our company changed policy and I was allowed to fire BKE (which I did within 5 minutes of being allowed to) they wouldn’t let me quit for a full month. Fine, whatever, I’ll pay the $ just to have them go away. They couldn’t even follow directions properly. I had to pay a local bookkeeper to fix all their mistakes, THEN, after I specifically told BKE to get lost, they went BACK into QBO and re-broke a bunch of stuff, and now I need to pay my bookkeeper AGAIN to fix their mess a second time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Won't refund a monthly charge. I cancelled my service with them and they charged me the following month (Sept 22). They refunded this charge (Sept 22). But then the next month (Oct 22) they did the same. They now will not respond to my requests for a refund.
