I referred my son to this office; I am now embarrassed that I did. He had a 9am appt. To which he was on time, but no agent was there for @15-20 minutes AND the agent who was supposed to be assigned, never showed until @10 so another agent assisted him. I heard about recent price gouging by H&R Block but years ago had a favorable visit. This office, and maybe all H & R offices were super high priced, lacked professional courtesy. The agent needed to seek assistance with the very form my son went to ask about in the first place. Lesson learned; go to Turbo tax video and ask the question then complete the taxes yourself!!

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone in the office was extremely nice, and Carlos did a fantastic job with my taxes. Plus, they are also across from Trader Joe’s. Thank you and I will be back next year!

I've used HRBlock for 10+ years and after 3 years of complete service deterioration, I will give turbotax whatever price they ask for to see if every tax advisor has such poor service. It's completely unacceptable to accept an online appointment and just not show up for it. You are costing your clients time they are supposed to be using for their own work.

I had to give at least a 1 star rating to be able to write a review but I would give less if I could. I have gone to Lucinda for the 3rd time now, and have received progressively worse service each time. She talks down to the client when the client is trying to educate themselves, becomes increasingly impatient, and consistently leaves herself unapproachable. It’s quite sad that someone like her is in this role, whose sole job is to ADVISE. During our allotted 30 minute meeting, only 6 minutes in, she said she doesn’t have time to pull up my information. I do not write reviews often, but when the service is this bad I just had to. When I asked for resources to further educate myself, she provided limited information. I am so disappointed by this service and will not be returning to block advisors.
