I have recently had the experience/necessity of upgrading my Quickbooks to the 2021 version. This required an update to my computer to Windows 10. My initial contact was Justin who very patiently, pleasantly and professionally helped me through this very challenging task for a 73 year old. Set up was completed in a timely manor even though there were some speed bumps. Some small problems occurred after the set up and this time Praveen very pleasantly solved the problem. The service provided has been exceptional. Thank you!

I agree this company is a scam, BEWARE! I found their number online, thinking I was calling Quickbooks support , for help with my bank feeds. They told me I did not have tech support with the Quickbooks version I had purchased and it would cost me $999.99. Following my purchase I was able to contact my genuine Quickbooks support and found out everything they told me was a lie! My program comes with 3 yrs of support and updates. I have requested a refund from Bizprobooks but they said they will send a check in the mail. I am very concerned I will never see it.

Represented themselves as Quickbooks desktop support and tried to say no updates would work if I didn’t pay their fee of $2499.99. I said I have never had to pay QuickBooks for this and refuse to pay it. They then hung up on me. I’m a CPA and don’t need accounting support. They indicated the fee is for data protection. Scammers !!!!! BE Very aware of these fraudsters posing as the QuickBooks software company

I had issues with quick books a few years ago and lost my Data... then a solution was to Upgrade to 2021 pro plus... of course it was more money... I have had to enter the last 2 years worth of check register information for 4 different accounts. Now just after having the new 2021 pro plus i have lost all data twice and the solution is for me to pay them 1849.99 for a 3 yr agreement, 2499.99 for a 5+1 year etc etc... for them to fix the issue or erase all the Data and start anew... unless of course this happens again next year.. What a Scam
