Very rude and unprofessional. I had made several phone calls to follow up with the tax return with no appropriate responses. This is the first time in several years, I missed my deadline to pay taxes and on top of it have to pay the fine for late filing. This company cannot get anything done.

Absolutely ridiculous. Drove 40 minutes out under the impression that they would mail out my tax returns for me, and even confirmed with them twice. I get there and they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about. Not a huge deal, but the place is completely unprofessional.

I asked for an appointment and he insisted on meeting on a Sunday, to which I agreed. I showed up right on time but Balagan wasn’t even there. His staff kept coming up with new excuses about traffic, car accident, etc. until he finally called in and told me over the phone that he was leaving DC for Ashburn, 30 mins after our appointment time...He never apologize for his tardiness, instead he kept suggesting that I should go to Starbucks and get coffee. He showed up an hour late the made me wait another 30 minutes and wasted at least 3.5 hours out of my weekend for nothing. Don’t waste your time on this guy.

I highly doubt how are they even running the office. Went there to file my taxes and their staff couldn't even do it in a proper way. She keeps checking with someone on how to fill certain fields in the form. Later realized I could have done it myself through turbotax!!
